Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee putting her hand over packaged hash browns. The manager inspformed the employee to grab the side of the packaged hash browns.
Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Handles on the Q-ing ovens. Cup dispensers is accumulated with debris. McCafé station. The manager had an employee to clean the cup dispensers and the q-ing ovens.
Interior of microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris.

Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Gaskets on the top/bottom reach in cooler next to the fry hopper.(both). Gaskets on all reach in coolers in the McCafé station. The manager had an employee to clean the gaskets.

Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee grabbed a hash brown with her hand touching the top of the cooked packaged hash brown. I had the person in charge to inform the employees to grab the hash browns from the side to prevent cross contamination.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Hand washing sink in the kitchen at the end of the cook line. Soap was provided.
