Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Containers of raw beef burgers stored above opened box of Cut lettuce in walk in cooler. Manager moved raw burgers to another location.

Per Manager food items in unit less than 4 hours. Items not prepared or portioned today. Observed unit turned off. Manager turned unit on and moved items to walk in cooler to quick chill.
