Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed men bathroom ceiling with mold-like substance, as per operator, that was a leak issue with establishment Ac unit, which is fixed but they are working on the replacement of the damaged ceiling.
Met inspection standards. 3 violations recorded, none serious enough to require a return visit.
