A minimum of one bathroom facility is not available for public use. Both restrooms have a do not use sign on door. When entering men's restroom both toilets are backed up, and one toilet in woman's restroom is backed up. There are 2 toilets in the woman's restroom at this time that are flushing and not backing up. Both toilets are bubbling but when placing toilet paper in it does flush and go down. Employees are allowed to use the two woman's toilets at this time. Dining room is closed.
