Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up on curtains, walls, ceilings and floors in the walk in freezer.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand washing sink at 3 compartment sink area blocked by cleaning in progress. Operator removed.
Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Observed build up of debris under back of house shelves and in 3 compartment sink area.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed sign at hand washing sink next to 3 compartment sink, so faded as to be illegible.
Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed floor drain below ice machine holding significant standing water.
