Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed plastics drink cup used to scoop ice in ice bin. Operator discarded cup.
Faucet/handle missing at plumbing fixture. Observed right sink in men's room missing faucet handle, operator states a repair person was called and is scheduled to repair faucet.
Flammables stored near a source of ignition. For reporting purposes only. Observed 1 can of gasoline and gas powered pressure washer store next to rear exit fire door. Operator moved to outside location.
