Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Upon arrival inspector observed employee at drive thru window touch hair with bare hands and then handle hash browns with hands while bagging customers to go food. Manager coached employee on proper handwashing procedures. Employee washed hands correctly.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of orange juice nozzles at front line soiled with juice residue. Also, soda nozzles on soda machines in lobby soiled with build up residue.
Floor, wall and/or ceiling soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floors under fryers on cook line soiled with food debris and grease. Also, floor under ice machine soiled with paper debris.
Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interior of microwave on cook line soiled with food debris. Manager had employee begin to clean.

Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. On front line counter, employee drink on table used to pack to go food next to condiments. Manager removed drink and placed in proper area.
