No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand wash sink in warewashing area. Operator replenished paper towels.
Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed hand wash sink in prep area and hand wash sink in warewashing area without hot water. Operator had someone change batteries in sensors at both hand wash sinks and retested water to a minimum of 85F.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed clean stacked pans on storage shelf in prep area and in warewashing area unable to properly air dry. Operator started to separate pans to properly dry.

Observed employee on cook line remove gloves, touch hair and hat then placed on new gloves and resumed working with food. Operator discussed with employee.
Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. At front counter drive through, hashbrowns (112F - Hot Holding) with no timer set. Operator discarded.

Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Door gasket of reach in cooler on center prep line with debris build up. Operator wiped and cleaned.

Bulk milk dispenser with dispensing tube longer than one inch protruding from the chilled dispensing head. Creamer dispenser in drive thru area.
