Observed employee walk out exterior door with customer order handling the push door handle on the way back in then resume food service by scooping fries for customer order. Discussed with operator.

In the ice cream machine at the front drive through window, ice cream mix (64F - Cold Holding) per operator machine has do not serve light, potentially in thaw, set to heat treat to reheat product, per operator should be over 165F.
