Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In stand up reach in freezer packages of uncooked chicken opened stored over bags of fries. Person in charge rearranged during inspection.
Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. The following items have been in walk in cooler overnight per person in charge. Egg whites, raw shell eggs, beef, lettuce cut, cut tomato, burrito mix, milk, butter, cream, cooked egg, Canadian bacon, ice cream base, frappe base, whipped cream, cold foam, yogurt base, shredded cheese at 45-52F. Person in charge provided temperature log for unit, has been at 52F ambient for at least 12 hours. Person in charge states part was due to be delivered to repair today, did not arrive.
