Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed at reach in cooler next to grill raw beef patties (48F - Cold Holding). As per operator for about 3 hours. Operator removed and placed in walk in cooler to rapid cool.
A/C ventilation system leaking water from ceiling. Observed at ceiling pathway to dry storage area and three compartment sink area a/c leaking through ceiling. Maintenance is working to repair system during inspection.
