Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed ice bucket not inverted, Manager stored properly during inspection.
Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. As per operator the third compartment has a leaking pipe and compartment is being using to rinse process.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled gaskets in unit in front flat grill in kitchen area.
Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed one of the 3 compartment sink not being used, as per Manager is leaking and is only used for rinse procedure. As per Manager a work order placed for Friday.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed leaking pipe from hand wash sink located next to office entrance.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Manager stored properly during inspection.
