Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Gap at bottom of exterior door. Operator informed they will contact maintenance for repair.
Ice buildup in walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up near door seals and fans of walk-in freezer.
Observed food debris in microwave across from reach in freezer. Employee cleaned out in interior of microwave.

Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 0 ppm chlorine. Reviewed with manager. Manager replaced tablets. Now at 50 ppm chlorine.
Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Reviewed with manager proper handwashing. Employee then washed hands properly
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Quaternary Sanitizer was at 200+ at three compartment sink.
