Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine. Observed debris build up on the top of their dish machine. Operator cleaned it.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed numerous employees handling food on the cook line while wearing jewelry. Operator had them remove them.
Missing drain plug at dumpster. Observed their dumpster missing a drain plug.

Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed an employee wipe their nose and then handle clean utensils without washing their hands. Operator had them wash their hands.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw beef stored over ready to eat Canadian bacon in the left side cook line cooler. Operator moved the bacon.

Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Observed an employee washing hands for less than 10 seconds. Operator had employee rewash hands.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed grease build up on the hood filters above the cook line. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the employee.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mops stored in there buckets mop down. Operator hanged the mops to dry.

Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice build up in the reach in freezer on the left side cook line. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the employee.
