Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dish machine not sanitizing properly. 25ppm. Manager set up three part sink to sanitize dishes until machine is fixed. Manager called ecolab for service.
