Dish machine sanitizer reading 00ppm chlorine. Establishment stoped using the dish machine called the technician and set up the three component sink to properly sanitizer dishes and equipment.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Employee wearing wristbands wile scooping fries. Employee removed the wristbands.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Top of the ice cream machine in the drive through area soiled. Employee cleaned the machine.
