Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed food employee touched soiled oven gloves and proceeded to engage in removing muffins from toaster. No gloves changed.
Chemical test kit not used to ensure proper sanitization of equipment and utensils when using a chemical sanitizer. Observed employee put chlorine sanitizer bucket without using chemical test kit to check.
