No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. The GM placed paper towels in paper towel dispenser in kitchen.
Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed rust like substance on ceiling tile in storage area.

Observed employee touching cloths while engaging in food preparation. Educated operator they cannot have hands in back pockets then start engaging in food preparation without washing hands first.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand washing sink beside front register used as a dump sink. The manager educated employees to not use hand washing sink as dump sink.
Water pressure lacking at fixtures that require the use of water. Observed very low water pressure at all hand washing sinks.
Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair under deep frier.

Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw hamburgers over raw pork (bacon) in reach-in cooler. The manager moved bacon to another reach-in cooler.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed frozen hamburger reach-in freezer gasket torn.
Open dumpster lid. The manager had dumpster lid closed during inspection.
Exit door locked. For reporting purposes only. The manager moved package items from in front of exit door.
