Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. There are multiple employees wearing bracelets and watches while handling exposed foods. The person in charge educated the employees who removed the watches and bracelets.
Food stored on floor. There is a case of chicken nuggets stored on the floor-in the walk-in freezer. Operator moved the chicken nuggets to proper storage.
