Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed the dish machine uses chlorine sanitizer and is at 0.00 ppms. The manager worked on it and it's now at 100 ppms.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed ham (49F - Cold Holding); sliced tomatoes (49F - Cold Holding); cheese (49F - Cold Holding). In the walk-in cooler and Beef (49F - Cold Holding) in the reach in cooler. As per the temperature log those item were at 41°F. at 7:00 AM. The manager opened the walk-in freezer door and thw walk-in cooler is currently at 38° F.
Water treatment device has not been inspected or serviced according to manufacturer's instructions. Observed in the dry storage area.

Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed at the soda machine ice chute. The manager cleaned it.
