Chlorine sanitizer used to sanitize clean in place equipment not at proper minimum strength. Do not use equipment not properly sanitized. Chlorine tested at 0 PPM. Employee readjusted chlorine sanitizer to 200 PPM at time of inspection.
Employee handled raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Observed one employee on front line with glove hands, dispose multiple empty raw shell eggs into garbage, then handled food grade wrapping paper on front line without first washing hands. Discussed proper hand washing with employee and manager. Employee removed gloves, washed hands and wore new gloves at time of inspection.
