Deli ham, liquid eggs, cooked egg patties, raw beef and raw shell eggs (66-68F - Cold Holding), all items stored in both top and bottom reach in drawer cooler next to grill area and was place there around 8am as per manager from walk in cooler. Unit was turned off and manager turned unit on. Manager place all items in walk in cooler to bring down temperature. 2nd re-temp dropping 50-61F
No soap provided at handwash sink. At front line counter area next to fry station. Manager provided soap
