Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. At drive thru soda dispenser, ice chute has black mold-like substance. Also, at drink station, nozzle area of frappe machine has build up of drink residue. Manager had items cleaned during inspection.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. At cook line, hood filters over flattop have grease build up. At make line, gaskets on under counter reach-in cooler on cook line side have build up of food debris. At fry station, cabinet under warmer unit has grease build up. At front counter area, gaskets on Icee machine have black mold-like substance. Manager had all items cleaned during inspection.
Reach-in cooler/reach-in freezer interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. At cook line, interior of slide top reach-in freezer has build up of food debris in bottom. Manager had employee empty and clean.
