Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food and/or clean utensils/equipment without washing hands. Employee placed raw hamburger patties on grill with gloved hands then switched gloves to continue making food orders on make line, but did not wash hands in between tasks, inspector spoke with employee, employee changed gloves and washed hands. Also employee at end of make line near don't counter removed face mask to drink from open container and placed mask back over face then continued to bag food orders without washing hands between tasks.
