Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee walk off cook line with gloves on touch face and proceeded to engage in food preparation without removing gloves and washing hands. Inspector spoke to employee and she removed gloves and washed hands.
