Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Nozzle at coffee machine have food residue on the exterior of the white tubes. Reach in freezer on the main cook line, door gasket has build up of food debris. Operator asked employee to clean the door gaskets.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Wet mop stored in mop closet by restroom with mop head on the floor. Operator hung the mop to dry.
