Employee observed touching eyeglasses and continuing food handling tasks without washing hands or changing gloves. Coached operator on proper hand washing procedures.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup in walk in freezer around door and hinge.
Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed two microwaves with soiled interiors, rear of kitchen line.
