Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Butter (61F - Cold Holding) stored in two drawer reach-in cooler at end of assembly near drive thru and office area. Cooler was accidentally switched off. Operator moved to walk-in cooler to cool product down.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed accumulation of food debris in ice cream hoppers in soft serve machine that was yellowing at time of inspection. Operator stated the machine will be cleaned this evening. Discussed cleaning frequency with operator.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed handwash sink to the right of the three compartment sink with water turned off for a pending repair. Operator turned back on.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
