Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed a hole in the ceiling tile in the back kitchen to the left of the back door and above the drive thru window up front. Operator stated new equipment caused the hole and will repair.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed missing hand washing sign for men's room.
