Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed plastic spoons in the handwashing sink near the ice cream machine. The operator removed the spoons.
Accumulation of debris on top of the warewashing machine.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no employee handwashing signs at all hand sinks in the kitchen.

No waste receptacle installed at handwash sink provided with disposable towels near the ice cream machine. The operator placed a trash can near the sink.
