Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed back door to parking lot with visible light from diner door and along side up towards alarm unit.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed; soiled floors by back door to parking lot. Soiled floors in back dry storage area near electrical boxes. Observed missing ceiling tile in back dry storage area above soda boxes.

Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels on plastic lids on air dry rack near three compartment sink.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed grill liners stored on floor in closet near three compartment sink. Person in charge moved to shelf.
Unnecessary items stored in garbage enclosure. Observed four tires stored in garbage area.
Water draining onto floor surface. Observed water draining onto floor from under soda station by front to go window.

No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. At front drink line, two reach-in coolers missing ambient thermometers.
