Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. See stop sale. Observed sliced tomatoes listed on their Time as a Public Health control plan not properly time marked. Operator stated they had been out for approximately 30minutes and marked them accordingly.
Dumpster rusted out on bottom. Observed multiple holes rusted out of the front of the dumpster.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed multiple single service articles not inverted. Operator inverted them.
