Observed Canadian bacon at 62F and raw ground beef at 45F for less than 4 hours per Operator in a reach in cooler on cook line next to fryers. Operator discarded Canadian bacon and placed beef into walk in cooler with an ambient temperature of 39F. Operator also reset plug and switched plug to correct receptacle. Ambient temperature now 41F
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee wearing a bracelet on each arm while preparing food in kitchen. Operator had employee remove bracelets during inspection.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Operator removed label and instructed employee to rewashed item.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed coffee filters sitting on wire shelf uncovered. Operator covered filters.
