Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Contractor has not set up yet, dish machine nor operable at time of inspection. Three compartment sink set up at this time.
Hole in or other damage to wall. Wall cut out for water valve missing cover. Located back of store near exit door.
Interior of refrigerator or freezer in disrepair/has exposed insulation. French fry hopper has error and cannot be used for fries until corrected.
