Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Upon inspection, sanitizer buckets tested and found to be at 0ppm. Manager had an employee change the water and sanitizer during inspection. Upon re-testing sanitizer observed to be 100ppm.
