Upon inspection, observed 0 ppm reading in three compartment sink at establishment. Employee setup three compartment with chlorine sanitizer during inspection and 100 ppm reading was observed.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For 2 hours in walk-in cooler: precut lettuce 49f, presliced tomatoes 54f. Upon inspection, walk-in cooler door was ajar. Door does not close completely every time. Per owner, power went out approximately 2 hours before inspection. Operator moved items to walk-in freezer to rapidly chill.
Equipment drain line draining into handwash sink. Handwashing sink being used for portable air conditioning unit drain line.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwashing sink by shake area is inaccessible due to portable air conditioning unit attached to faucet for water source.
Equipment in poor repair. Air conditioning units not functional. Establishment using portable air conditioning units to offset heat and provide air flow.
