Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. In men's restroom for guest and employees temperature was 77F. Operator turned dial up on hot water to 100F.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Ice bucket not inverted next to the ice machine. Operator inverted the ice bucket.
Employee personal drink not segregated from food to be served to the public. Simply orange drink on top of food wrack in walk in cooler. Operator moved item to employee food bin.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Halloween buckets on the floor by front counter. Operator removed from the floor.
