Lettuce, Slice Tomatoes, Cooked Rice, Ham, sliced cheese, Sausage and steak between 47-55F in reach-in cooler on cooks line. Moved from walk-in cooler less than 2 hours priors. Operator relocated to walk-in cooler decrease temperature.
