Not a aiding by approved plans: Manager stated service window is open and there is no sliding window that can be shut during service. 1. Licensing is contingent upon the service window solid barrier or air curtain being fully installed & functional at the time of the licensing inspection. 6. Service window must be a solid sliding window (made of glass, plexiglas, acrylic, etc...), which can be kept closed when not actually serving a customer. No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
