Operator stated that she checked temperature less than 3 hours ago and everything was at 40f she did moved all the food to the reach-in cooler and called the technician while I'm conducting my inspection.

Operator stated that the last time checked temperature was 3 hours ago and temperatures was 38f and the reason why for temperatures to be high they left the make table open so much because of the breakfast rush -advised to move everything to the walk-in cooler to cool down.
