Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Observed paper towel machine at hand wash sink to the left of three compartment sink not able to dispense paper towel. Operator fixed dispenser during time of inspection.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop in container with Oreos in dry storage to the left of walk in freezer. Operator removed scoop during time of inspection. Observed scoop in container with sprinkles in dry storage to the left of walk in freezer. Operator removed scoop during time of inspection.
Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed employee beverage in walk in cooler. Person in charge removed beverage from walk in cooler during time of inspection.
