Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. At prep area, handwash sink across from ice machine has cart in front of sink. At wait station, handwash sink has coffee pot in front of sink. Operator moved items from blocking sinks.

Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. At prep area, bulk containers have debris build up on exterior. At prep area, gaskets on cvap oven soiled with food residue. At prep area, exterior of ice machine door has build up of residue.
Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. In walk-in cooler, open employee bottled drink n shelf with customer foods. Operator moved to employee food storage shelf.
Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. In walk-in cooler, unwashed carrots and tomatoes stored over ready to eat spring mix and shredded vegetables. Operator moved items to proper storage.

Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Food and trash debris inside and outside of dumpster near back door to establishment with large amount of birds/vultures around area. Employee began to clean up area during inspection. Per manager they can have area cleaned up within 2 weeks.
