Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand washing sink blocked by plastic cart and garbage cans to the right of cook line. Operator removed cart and garbage from hand washing sink area.

Observed the sanitizer solution in the middle sink at three compartment sink. Operator was instructed with the correct order to use the triple sink, employee began to correct order.

Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary < 100 ppm) at preparation area. Operator moved the sanitizer bucket to three compartment sink to change the sanitizer.
