Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. In the walk in cooler, observed three packs of salmon and two packs of white fish in the commercially reduced oxygen packaging. Operator stated foods were just placed in the walk in cooler to thaw an hour prior to inspection. Operator immediately removed fish from reduced oxygen packaging.

Establishment advertised a specific fish on the menu/menu board but served another type of fish. Kingfish is being offered on the menu and Wahoo is being used instead. Per operator, kingfish has been substituted for wahoo and customers are told so upon ordering.
