Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicle conducted food preparation, food storage or other food activity in a private home. See stop sale. Cooked rice, raw beef and onions and peppers, operator was removing a pot of cooked rice from the truck of car I asked where was it made she states at home. Operator states she stores food at home.
