No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink.

As per Jennifer she has been employed for approximately 6 months.

In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed in a container with shredded coconut on the shelf by the mop sink.
In-use utensil stored in sanitizer between uses. Observed a stainless steel container with 3 large spoons in it with a liquid. As per the person in charge it is sanitizer. The person in charge poured out the sanitizer washed rinse and sanitized the container and spoons.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed in the restroom.
Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Observed the cook cut bananas with a knife. As per the cook the bananas weren't washed.
