Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee handled clean pans directly from sanitizer sink without washing hands after washing and rinsing soiled pans. Reviewed proper handwashing procedures with employee; employee washed hands going forward.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In cookline LOWBOY DRAWERS - hot dogs (50F - Cold Holding); sliced cheese (52F - Cold Holding); cooked mushrooms (51F); cooked wings (47F - Cold Holding); raw chicken (49F - Cold Holding). Per manager none prepared or portioned today and all in unit from 11:00am. Employees removed all items to walk in cooler to rechill.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Blender in hand sink at far side of front counter. Manager removed blender.

Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Tray of Plastic spoons at drive through window with handles in opposite directions. Manager rearranged spoons to properly display.
