In the refrigerated draw underneath the grill observed roast beef (47F - Cold Holding), as per manager for less than 1 hour, employee transferred it to another cooler to rapidly cool, in the reach in cooler in front of the flat grill observed diced tomatoes (50F - Cold Holding), as per manager for less than 4 hours, manager added ice to bring the temperature down,
