Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 6 hours. Observed Mac and cheese 107F Cooling, Beef soup 101F Cooling, Beans 104 F Cooling, not being properly cooling,As per operator cooked since 11:00am.
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee changing gloves and failed to wash hands before putting on new gloves to initiate a task.
