Observed following items in reach in cooler held at above 41F : Cut lettuce (47F - Cold Holding); Pasta (49F - Cold Holding); Sliced Cheese (49F - Cold Holding). Employee stated she placed them into the reach in cooler 1 hour prior to inspection. Employee removed and placed items into freezer to reach proper temp of 41F or below.
